Volunteering
Time is one of the most important things that people can dedicate to us and we are always looking for volunteers to help at Camp Mohawk. There are many ways by which you can dedicate your time; we have opportunities for people to help play with children when we are open during the holidays; or to come and help Matt look after the site during term time. Fundraising
We are always looking at ways to raise funds and we are always extremely grateful for public support as it is always a huge help, especially in times of austerity. We have many ways by which you can help us through individual fundraising events, or alternatively, you can join in our annual Friends of Camp Mohawk (FoCM) fundraising events. Friends of Camp Mohawk (FoCM)
The Friends of Camp Mohawk (FoCM) is a close-knit group of individuals who want to support Camp Mohawk. They do so by organising and attending annual fundraising events, helping to promote Camp Mohawk within the local area, and by inviting more members to join the FoCM team. Corporate Social Responsibility Programme
We work with our corporate supporters by holding meaningful and helpful Corporate/Community Days where staff of our supporting organisations can come up to Camp Mohawk for the day to help create, develop and maintain elements of our site. Group numbers can range from 4 – 60 and Matt will be on hand throughout the day to ensure that everything runs like clockwork. These days help to not only benefit the children who attend our site, but also help to build team relationships within our supporting organisations.
